Pantalemon was hired to install a wine refrigeration cabinet, was given a large down payment, and then demoed a home with his unlicensed construction crew. After taking the funds, he failed to finish the work and completely abandoned the project. He has previously been involved in complaints of similar actions for not delivering materials or finishing projects after obtaining significant down payments. He is affiliated with Custom Wine Cellars Las Vegas and is associated with a business partner out of California named Charles Gentile, dba Custom Wine Cellar Construction LLC. He is known to utilize a virtual office and operate a similar business in St. Petersburg Florida that has taken large down payments and abandoned projects.
